Thanksgiving,
Christmas and Hannukah treats will be explored.
$15 material fee due to instructor first day of class for materials; aprons provided.

Join us on a trip around America and learn to cook some regional recipes from the South, Northeast, Southwest and the Pacific Northwest. Students will cook meals and desserts from each region as well as learn safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
$15 fee due to instructor the first day for materials and cookbooklet.

Students will make and decorate cookies, candies and other treats for Fall and Winter holidays. Halloween,
Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hannukah treats will be explored. Basic Wilton Cake Decorating skills and
candy mold techniques will be taught. Students will be taught the importance of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
$15 material fee due instructor at first class. Aprons provided. No class 11/25/08.
